Highway 11 looking north from the Coopers Falls Road overpass located about
17km south of Gravenhurst. This picture showcases Highway 11 crossing
the Severn River Bridge. The route via Severn Bridge was at one point the only route
between Toronto and the Muskoka Region. Later, Highway 103 (now
69/400) was constructed
to the west.

Notice that the speed limit drops to 80km/h at the interchange. This
speed limit drop is due to the rather sharp curve at the interchange.
At Highway 169, Highway 11 curves easterly as it swings around Gull Lake on
the Gravenhurst By-pass.

mixed at-grade expressway and full freeway northerly to Emsdale. Click
